"Tempo, bitte!" is the German version of the basic music course for children aged 2.5 to 3,5 years and 4 to 6 years. Through various activities, the children learn the specific language of music and develop skills that are primarily musical, but also character-building.

The lesson, which lasts about 45 minutes, consists of the following sections:

1) an initial exercise on rhythm, which also serves as a "welcome" to the lesson;

2) a specially invented song in which the children experiment with singing soft/loud, but also slow/fast;

3) One or two activities that combine movement with a specific musical parameter;

4) Occasionally an activity linked to reading notes and rhythms;

5) the presentation of an instrument (which the children can touch and see live) or a song, including through the projection of specially selected videos;

6) a concluding song.
