1) Do the parents have to be present at the lessons?

"Musica, maestro!" and "Tempo, bitte!":It depends on the wishes of the parents and the child.
If the parents or the child wish, it is possible to attend classes; if the parents prefer not to attend classes, it is also possible for the child to attend classes independently.

2) Is it possible to take a trial lesson before registering for the course?
​
Crescendo: Yes. The trial lesson costs 15 euros and can be carried out at any time after consultation with the teacher.

"Musica, maestro!" and "Tempo, bitte!": Yes. The trial lesson is also the first lesson of the course. It is necessary to agree with the teacher beforehand. To register for the trial lesson, you must fill out the registration form (found in the Downloads section of the website) and pay the fee of 15 euros.
At the end of the lesson you have three days to decide whether you want to continue the course or not. If you continue, the 15 euros will be deducted from the first installment; if you don't continue, you won't get a refund for the trial lesson.

3) Is it possible to get a refund for missed lessons?

Crescendo: The problem doesn't arise because you only pay when you actually attend the class.

"Musica, maestro!" and "Tempo, bitte!": No, there are no refunds for missed hours due to absence. If the teacher is absent, the lesson will be made up at the end of the course.

4) Is it possible to attend classes with younger/older siblings?

Crsecendo: Occasionally this is possible, but must be discussed with the teacher beforehand.

"Musica, maestro!" and "Tempo, bitte!": Younger siblings (under the age of one and a half) can always take part in the course. This is occasionally possible for older siblings after consultation with the teacher.

5) Is it possible for the child to attend the course with a babysitter, a grandparent, an uncle,...?
